I/we agree that my/our data entered in the contact form above will be stored electronically, and will be processed and used for the purpose of establishing contact with relevant clients. I/we am/are aware that all information is private and confidential and that I/we can revoke my/our consent &/or authorisation at any time. The Owner/Agent is aware that all Cavity / Loft Insulation / Double Glazing certificates and Boiler Manuals should be made available at time of survey. Failure to supply these will mean that the surveyor may downgrade the EPC rating. A ladder should be provided by the property owner if loft access is required. A further charge may apply if another visit is necessary. Grade I & Grade II Listed properties will require both an EPC and an Exception Certificate which we will provide. A charge for both certificates will apply.
